Reporter: The Ohio State University is threatening a lawsuit against a calendar for illegally using the school's logo. Now we had a hard time understanding that because we looked through the calendar, couldn't find a logo anywhere.
Reporter: Still, the university is threatening to file suit to stop further publication. It says simply because the magazine states all the guys here are OSU students, it brings OSU to mind, and that in and of itself is a trade-mark violation. We'll keep you posted on that.
